strcasecmp()

Arguments:

str1, str2

The strings that you want to compare.

Library:

libc

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.

Description:

The strcasecmp() function compares two strings, specified by str1 and str2, ignoring the case of the characters.

Returns:

< 0

s1 is less than s2.

0

s1 is equal to s2.

> 0

s1 is greater than s2.
