Free the working storage area allocated for an access control list (ACL) data object

Synopsis:

#include <sys/acl.h>

int acl_free( void *obj_p );

Arguments:

obj_p: A pointer to the object you want to release. This can be a pointer to an ACL, an ACL qualifier, or a string allocated by one of the ACL functions.

Library:

libc

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.

Description:

The acl_free() function releases a work storage area that was allocated for an ACL data object.
