Synopsis:

int capture_is_property(capture_context_t context,
uint32_t prop)
Arguments:
- context
- The pointer to the video capture context.
- prop
- The property that is in question of whether or not it's supported.

This function checks if the connected video capture device or driver supports the property specified in the argument prop.
