Arguments:

ctx: The algorithm context object.
seed: The seed data.
size: The seed data size.

Library:

libqcrypto

Description:

This function seeds the PRNG (pseudorandom number generator) with an initial value.

Returns:

QCRYPTO_R_EOK if successful or qcrypto_errno if an error occurred.
