Query whether a cipher is supported

Synopsis:

int qcrypto_cipher_supported(const char *name,
                             const char *tag,
                             uint32_t flags)

Arguments:

name: The algorithm name (e.g., aes-128-cbc).
tag: The tag value that identifies the plugin in the qcrypto library configuration file to check for the algorithm; or NULL, to use the default tag (__progname).
flags: Reserved for future use.

Library:

libqcrypto

Description:

This function checks whether a cryptography provider (represented by its corresponding plugin) supports the specified algorithm.

Returns:

QCRYPTO_R_EOK if successful or qcrypto_errno if an error occurred.
