acl_add_perm()

Add a permission to an access control list (ACL) permissions set

Synopsis:

int acl_add_perm( acl_permset_t permset_d,
                  acl_perm_t perm );

permset_d

The permissions set that you want to modify.

perm

The permission that you want to add; one of the following:

libc

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.

The acl_add_perm() function adds a permission to an ACL permissions set.

0, or -1 if an error occurred (errno is set).

EINVAL: The permset_d argument isn't a valid descriptor for a permissions set, or perm doesn't contain a valid permission value.

This function is based on the withdrawn POSIX draft P1003.1e.
