ftpd configuration using chroot on 6.4.0 or 6.3.2

Issue

There is a known bug in Neutrino 6.4.0 that will prevent the proper function of ftp on a chrooted environment.

This bug is actually noted in the 6.4.0 release notes here:

Where it says:

chdir(), chroot()
A bug in chdir() makes chroot() not work properly. (Ref# 21089)

in the section "Known issues: Libraries and header files".

This issue has since been resolved in Neutrino 6.4.1.

If you need a fix for this issue in 6.4.0 or 6.3.2, please contact support and mention the reference number 21089 and 62787.
