    - Overview
      QNX systems are built from the QNX OS standard release components, the architecture- and board-specific files provided in QNX BSPs, and customer and third-party components.

      IPLs first set up the minimum environment needed to execute their compiled C code, then find the OS image and load it into memory, and then jump to the QNX startup code.

Enable the cache

Synopsis:

enable_cache

Arguments:

None.

Description:

The enable_cache() function takes no parameters. The function is meant to be called before an x86 processor is switched to protected mode. Note that the function is for a system without a BIOS or UEFI.

Returns:

0: Success
-1: Error
