Beagle pvrsrvd & libsrv_um.so are required in the same directory
On the beagle platform, the pvrsrvd & libsrv_um.so are required to be located in the same directory. This was a design decision to keep platform specific libraries and binaries in their own respective directories..
This is why the binaries that you have downloaded are laid out in the following way:
