This patch includes an update to the io-pkt-v4, io-pkt-v4-hc, and io-pkt-v6-hc core networking managers. Instead of attaching a handler to the timer interrupt, the managers now use a timer pulse to shorten the amount of time required to process a clock tick. See the release notes for details.
