ldd:FATAL: Unresolved symbol when running a simple C++ app on an ARM target board

Problem
________________________________________________________________________

While attempting to run a simple C++ version of the 'Hello World" app on a Freescale i.MX53, the error:

ldd:FATAL: Unresolved symbol "_Unwind_SjLj_Register" called from Executable

shows up. The libs libcpp.so.4 and ldqnx.so.2 are on the board already.

Solution
________________________________________________________________________

Ensure that you are compiling with the correct variant. In this case the board should be using the v7 armle variant.
