We have also done some workarounds (configurable through the ipod.cfg configuration file) in the iPod driver to remove double listed ~item0/All folder as described in the Apple Specification.

For example:
/fs/ipod/Videos/~item0/~item0/some_video -> /fs/ipod0/Videos/some_video

Contact QNX for a patch and reference PR79702.
