Recommendation
________________________________________________________________________

In versions of QNX Neutrino previous to 6.4.0 it was possible to start devc-ser8250 with the -u0 option and cause a device name of /dev/ser0 to be created. By convention Neutrino serial devices start at 1 and thus -u0 violates this. Starting in version 6.4.0, we started enforcing the convention, which was necessary for predictable behaviour with removable USB serial dongles.
