Workaround for creating a QNX 6.4.1 installation CD that works with a USB CD-ROM: Use the QNX 6.5.0 instflop-rtkit.dat and qnxbase.qfs files instead of the 6.4.1 on your installation CD. This is a simple change as just 2 files have to be replaced. The QNX 6.5.0. files will just be used for installation.
