Issue

QNX 4.25 Including 2010 patch for USB.

After terminating Fsys.umass via "/bin/rm /dev/usb0" to release a USB stick a process remains in memory. After using USB flash stick several times, there were several instances of the Fsys.umass driver running.

Recommendation

Known problem. Fixed in new version.

Work around is to run:

> Fsys.umass fsys -n 0=hd_usb
> slay Fsys.umass
> rm /dev/hd_usb
<unpug/plug stick>
