The default thread stack size (128 KB for arm, 512 KB otherwise) for the main thread can by changed using the -N option to qcc, the QNX C compiler. You can examine the stack sizes of threads by using 'pidin mem', or, by using the IDE's System Information Perspective. If you have altered the stack size of the main thread, and you find that the stack size is unchanged when you examine it, you could be affected by a bug in the IDE where it strips out the stack information from the binary. This problem is fixed in the 6.4.0 and later IDE's.
