backgrounds

You can customize your CTI by changing or adding to the default images that are included.

Snippet files control which images are added to the target. When images are added, they are generally placed into the /usr/share/backgrounds folder on the target. Backgrounds for demolauncher are also integrated into /usr/etc/images.

The /usr/share/backgrounds/qnx directory contains QNX-themed background images.

The background/local directory contains the following folders and files:

background_1080p.png

The background of the demolauncher when the display is configured to a resolution of 1080p (1920x1080).

Note:

If the display's resolution doesn't match either 1080p (1920x1080) or 720p (1280x720), then this image is used as the demolauncher background.

The background for demolauncher when the display is configured to a resolution of 720p (1280x720).

desktop

Contains the background images for the Developer Desktop.

The backgrounds folder also contains a Makefile that contains rules to copy the local icons to where they need to be found to include in the image, as well as an example of how to download additional open source icons to include in the image.
