DNS domain information groper lookup utility

Syntax:

dig [options...] [name...] [type] [class] [queryopt...] [global-queryopt...]
 [query...]

Description:

The dig (domain information groper) utility is a flexible tool for interrogating DNS name servers provided by BIND DNS server software. It performs DNS lookups and displays the answers that are returned from the name server(s) that were queried.

This program uses the OpenSSL library for cryptography services.
