Texas Instruments Reference Designs and Demos
Smart energy in-home displayThe smart energy reference design for in-home displays is for managing next-generation security, monitoring, and automation applications. Based on a rich, Adobe Flash user interface, it illustrates how you can build applications for energy efficiency and security that can be managed through an elegant and easy-to-use HMI. It also shows how to interface with home area networks (HAN), Zigbee sensors, streaming IP video cameras, and how to integrate all this technology with Internet connectivity into a comprehensive and efficient system.
It can be downloaded for the following boards:
The QNX smart energy reference design allows developers to quickly create large touch screen displays with attractive graphics and easily link them to underlying embedded real-time controls.

Digital instrument cluster reference design
The digital instrument cluster reference design shows how to create a graphical interface that merges images from Adobe Flash and OpenGL ES. The reference demonstrates how to connect to underlying real-time hardware components as well, making the basic design useful for automotive or any other embedded market that needs to display gauges or utilize multiple components.
The digital instrument cluster reference design combines the QNX Neutrino RTOS with the QNX Aviage HMI Suite. It is available on the following platforms:

Patient monitor demo
The patient monitor demo shows the QNX Neutrino RTOS being used for a real-time medical graphing display. This demo uses a display composed of both Flash and native 2D elements, and connects the Flash HMI to underlying components.
The QNX patient monitoring demo combines Flash graphics with a real-time scrolling graph implemented in native C/C++.
