QNX Software Systems International Corporation and members of the QNX Software Systems Group (as defined below, collectively "QSS" or "we") respect each individual's ("you" or "your") right to privacy. This statement outlines how we collect, use, transfer and safeguard your personal information in the context of the Pocket Geek Contest. Certain personal information will be gathered from and about you when you register for the Pocket Geek contest and play the Pocket game. This includes any information entered when you created your user name and any information you provide should you win and any other information provided to QSS solely in the context of the game or contest. Purposes of Collection
QSS is a global organization and your Pocket Geek Personal Information may be shared with corporate affiliates throughout the world. Further we may share your information with the company that helped put the game together, Fuel Industries Inc. If you win the Pocket Geek Contest then certain of your Pocket Geek Personal Information will be made public, including your name, user name and country of residence. Further, in order to get the prizes to you and/or comply with government regulations, it may be necessary to share your Pocket Geek Personal information with a variety of third parties, including QSS distribution channel partners, financial institutions, advisors, collection agencies, postal authorities, shipping companies and governments (including customs authorities) You understand that your personal information may be transferred and shared for the purposes identified above with such third parties in any country where they are located

Further, you can withdraw your agreement to this Pocket Geek Privacy Statement in writing through the Personal Information Protection Officer. However, if you withdraw your agreement you will be disqualified from participating in the Pocket Geek Contest.

We may change, modify, add or remove portions of the QSS Pocket Geek Privacy Statement. If we will do so, we will notify you by email.
Further, if you are a partner we may have to share your personal information with other partners or customers.
