The Screen Board Support R-Car H3 package contains display and GPU libraries and drivers that support Renesas R-Car H3 target boards. You must install this Screen Board Support R-Car H3 package on top of QNX SDP 7.0.
The Screen Board Support R-Car H3 package supports the QNX SDP 7.0 BSP for Renesas R-Car H3 Board Support Package (BSP):
