QNX® Momentics® Development Suite 6.3.2 Driver Patch for the Dell 830 Laptop (Patch ID 1120) Release Notes

What's in this patch?
This patch contains updates to the following binaries:
- devg-i830.so
- deva-ctrl-intel_hda.so
- deva-mixer-hda.so
- devn-tigon3.so
- devb-eide
as well as to the audio, net, and graphics device enumerators.

Fixed issues
This patch addresses the following issues:
- Support is required for high definition audio on Dell 830 laptops with the Intel 965 chipset. (Ref# 41574, 57716, 58948, 59040)
For high-definition audio on these platforms, start io-audio specifying the intel_hda driver, as follows:
io-audio -dintel_hda
- Network drivers have been updated to support the Dell Latitude D830 laptop.
- Disk drivers have been updated to support the Dell Latitude D830 laptop.
- Graphics drivers have been updated to support the Dell Latitude D830 laptop.
Known issues

We're actively investigating all known issues. |
- Audio is not sent to the headphone jack. (Ref# 59086)
- The volume-control panel on the Shelf (self-hosted only) doesn't work. The volume and mute buttons on the laptop do not work. (Ref# 59091)
