Using QNX Aviage HMI Suite 2.0 on QNX 6.5.0

If the install fails and claims that the license was missing, it is not related to licensing. It is the new "head" utility included in the 6.5.0 release that's causing an issue with older Aviage installers.

The workaround is described in the HMI installation note:

On QNX Neutrino 6.5.0, invoke the installer using the legacy behavior of the head utility:

# HEAD_LEGACY=1 ./hmi_player-2.0-20091234567-nto.sh
