QNX Hypervisor 2.2 Amazon Machine Image: Release Notes

The QNX Hypervisor 2.2 Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is a reference image of the QNX Hypervisor 2.2 for the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). The QNX Hypervisor 2.2 AMI contains the foundational VirtIOs to virtualize guests. This AMI is intended for development purposes only.

You can access the QNX Hypervisor 2.2 AMI by signing into Amazon Web Services (AWS) at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.

What's in this release

The QNX Hypervisor 2.2 AMI contains the QNX Hypervisor 2.2 kernel image for the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environment and the foundational VirtIOs to virtualize guests. The AMI include the following binaries:

  • vdev-pci-dummy.so
  • vdev-pl011.so
  • vdev-ser8250.so
  • vdev-virtio-blk.so
  • vdev-virtio-console.so
  • vdev-virtio-entropy.so
  • vdev-virtio-net.so
  • vdev-wdt-sp805.so
  • vdev-progress.so
  • vdev-shmem.so
  • vdev-smmu.so
  • qvm
  • qvm-check
