A field application engineer at QNX Software Systems, Malte Mundt holds a post-graduate degree in computer engineering and system design, with a focus on system-level programming. In his current position, he provides consulting services to manufacturers in the industrial, automotive, networking, and general embedded markets. Prior to joining QNX, he worked as a senior developer and project manager for Protovision KG, a company specializing in software for 8-bit and 16-bit systems. Prior to that, he was editor-in-chief of the Amiga Fever magazine, Germany’s leading publication for the Amiga market in the late 90s. He has also worked as a technical writer and consultant.
