DCMD_CHR_FLUSH_LOG

Force a flush of the logged data to the log files

Synopsis:

#include <sys/dcmd_chr.h>

#define DCMD_CHR_FLUSH_LOG     __DIOT(_DCMD_CHR, 38, int)

Arguments to devctl():

Argument Value
filedes A file descriptor that you obtained by opening the device.
dcmd DCMD_CHR_FLUSH_LOG
dev_data_ptr A pointer to a int
n_bytes sizeof(int)
dev_info_ptr NULL

Description:

This forces a flush of the logged data to the log files.

Input:

A bitwise OR of the types of logged data to flush:
  • _FLUSH_RX — received
  • _FLUSH_TX — transmitted

Output:

None.
