Known issues
For common QNX Software Development Platform issues that may impact this BSP, see the QNX Software Development Platform 7.1: Release Notes.
This BSP has the following known issues:
- The SATA driver (devb-ahci-omap5) fails to start.
(Ref# J2872916)
Workaround: None.
- The ping command on the target
fails when the Ethernet driver command specifies the
dm814x-j6
driver with the option p0speed or p1speed set to10
. For example, if the following command is run, the ping command no longer works:io-pkt-v4 -ddm814x-j6 deviceindex=0,p0speed=10,p0duplex=1 -ptcpip
(Ref# J788389)Workaround: If you start the Ethernet driver using the
dm814x-j6
driver, specify a value other than10
for the p0speed or p1speed option.

To ensure that you pick up the same components from your development environment, we recommend that you rebuild the IFS image on your host system. Included in this BSP are prebuilt IFS images that are provided as convenience for you to quickly get QNX Neutrino running on your board, however these prebuilt images might not have the same components from your development environment. |
