Supported hardware configurations

There are a number of sensors and cameras that you can connect to your board.

Supported hardware boards

The reference image runs on the following Intel NUC platform: the Intel® Core i5-6200U (formerly known as SkyLake). The following list describes the boards we've tested:
  • The ASRock Beebox with an Intel®; Core i5-6200U (formerly known as SkyLake). In this document, the ASRock Beebox is often referred to as simply Beebox.

Supported cameras and sensors

The Beebox can be connected to multiple cameras and sensors. The board has only three USB slots and one microUSB connector, and one USB port is used to boot your image. You can use a USB 3.0 Hub to add ports.

For a list of supported cameras and sensors, see Reference image sensor support in the Understanding Reference Images chapter of the Getting Started Overview Guide.
Note: You should also look at the Release Notes to see if there are any limitations for specific configurations.
