Reset the state of slogger2 for the process

The slog2_reset() function resets the state of slogger2 within the process. Use this function to unregister a buffer set that you registered with slog2_register().
All resources used by slogger2 within the process are released, so any existing buffer handles become invalid.
0 for success, or -1 if an error occurred.
