Download a reference image

You can download a platform-specific reference image for the QNX Platform for ADAS and transfer it to your target board.

To download a reference image:

1. On the QNX website (www.qnx.com), navigate to the QNX Downloads Center page. The page is located at at http://www.qnx.com/download.
2. Click Reference Images and find the image you want to download for your target board. You may be required to agree to various access prompts.
3. Download the .zip file with the appropriate reference image to your host system.
4. Extract the reference to a convenient location on your computer.

These reference images use this naming pattern: platform-sd.img . For example, jacinto6evm-sd.img.

Reference images can also contain one or more tar files. These are included as a convenience, so you can view the contents of the reference image on a host system that doesn't read Power-Safe (fs-qnx6.so) filesystems.
