showmem
Display memory information
Syntax:
showmem [options]
Runs on:
QNX Neutrino
Options:
- -D[lsh]
- Show detailed process information:
- l -- libraries
- s -- stack
- h -- heap
- -d file
- Dump the raw mapinfo to the specified file.
- -P
- Show process / sharedlibrary / summary for the system.
- -S
- Show memory summary (free/used) for the system.
Description:
One of the key stages of optimizing and finalizing your system design is determining when, where, and how the total system memory is being used. The showmem utility displays memory information to help you do a comprehensive and complete analysis of a system and answer the question of "Where has the memory gone?"
