Recommendation

A rare issues has been seen where sometimes during the FFWD trick-play of certain MP3 tracks, a squeal noise can be heard. This is accompanied by the following log entry that can be seen in the slog:

"XINGMPEGA error decoding frame, skipping"

The root cause of the issue has been identified and fixed in the trunk of our source repository. Reference # 78349.
