PtWindow appears to be a special case in the Photon world, resizing the Window widget doesn't necessarily mean you'll be resizing the widget. In order to absolutely ensure that the PtWindow widget is indeed resized you must also modify the Pt_ARG_MAX_WIDTH/HEIGHT and Pt_ARG_MIN_WIDTH/HEIGHT resources.
