Solution

________________________________________________________________________

1. Import the project into IDE 4.6.

2. Launch PhAB on the project.
3. Make some trivial change in the project. I nudged the position
of some window a bit.
4. Select the "Project -> Convert to Eclipse Project" menu action.
5. Exit PhAB, answering "Yes" when prompted to save changes.
6. Re-launch PhAB.

7. Generate the UI. Generation now succeeds.
