screen_create_session_type()
Create a session of the specified type and associate this session with a context
Synopsis:

int screen_create_session_type(screen_session_t *pssn, screen_context_t ctx, int type)
Arguments:
- pssn
- A pointer to a screen_session_t where a handle for the new input session can be stored.
- ctx
- The handle of the context in which the input session is to be created.
- type
- The type of input session to be created.

Function Type: Immediate Execution
The screen_create_session_type() function creates an input session object to be associated with a context. Applications must use screen_destroy_session() when a session is no longer active.
The following are valid input session types which can be created:
Returns:
0 if successful, or -1 if an error occurred (errno is set; refer to errno.h for more details).
