The Usage tab shows your application's overall memory usage over time:
The counters for used, free, and overhead heap blocks are listed in the top left corner of the tab. Click the circle to the left of each counter to enable or disable it in the Usage chart. This top chart shows heap block counts for the time range selected in the Overview chart on the bottom.
