Print data from a query result
Synopsis:

Arguments:
- fp
- A handle for a file to print the results to.
- result
- The query result you want to print.
- format
- The desired format of the results. Can be one of:

- QDB_FORMAT_SIMPLE

Minimal formatting.
- QDB_FORMAT_HTML

HTML formatting, suitable for viewing in a browser.
- QDB_FORMAT_COLUMN

Column formatting, so the results appear under column names.
Description:
This function prints the results of a SELECT query to a file.
You must specify a standard file stream in file, such as stdout.
Returns:
- >=0
- The number of rows in the results.
- -1
- An error occurred (errno is set).
Errors:
- EINVAL
- An invalid format was specified.
