TIOCSCTTY

Make a terminal the controlling terminal

Synopsis:

#include <sys/ioctl.h>

#define TIOCSCTTY       _IO('t',  97)

Arguments to ioctl():

Argument Value
fd A file descriptor that you obtained by opening the device
request TIOCSCTTY

Description:

This command calls tcsetsid() to make the terminal the controlling terminal for the process.

Input:

None.

Output:

None.
