kopy lines
[line_range]ktarget_line
This command “kopies” the indicated range of lines to the line following the specified target_line. The target_line may be zero to insert before line one but the target_line may not fall within the source line_range. The source lines specified by line_range are left untouched in the buffer.
The “k” for copy was chosen since the letter “c” was already in use by the QNX 2 line editor and it was felt that its function should be maintained in the fullscreen editor for consistency. It's not that we kan't spell.
Set to the first of the kopied lines.
