Supported vision algorithms

The QNX Platform for ADAS integrates with a variety of vision algorithms.

Third-party vision algorithms are used to analyze and understand images (video stream or image buffers) for advanced driver assistance systems. A video stream from the Camera Framework is part of the vision capabilities provided by the QNX Platform for ADAS. The developer of the application can choose the set of algorithms to use from a vendor. Typically, only one set of algorithms from one vendor are used. InfoADAS includes algorithms to analyze images to detect objects, patterns, and pedestrians. For more information about the InfoADAS and the Vision SDK, see the Texas Instruments website.
Note: QNX Software Systems has tested Texas Instruments InfoADAS and Vision SDK for integration with the QNX Platform for ADAS, but you can choose to use other algorithms to suite your requirements.
