PtFSItemIndex()

Calculate the index of the given item within the file selector

Synopsis:

int PtFSItemIndex( PtFileSelWidget_t const *fs, 
                   PtFileSelItem_t const *item );

Description:

This function calculates the index of the given item within the fs. The index of the first item is 1.

Returns:

The index of the given item.
