Description
This web seminar will look at a broad spectrum of RTOS trends and development environments, from popular proprietary RTOS products, to Linux, to Ada and Safety Critical Java, as well as object-oriented programming and distributed data system communications. The presenters will steer clear of sales pitches; instead, they'll outline typical OS and IDE problems faced by all military designers. Finally, they’ll present quantitative and technical solutions to those problems.

As always, military expert Chris Ciufo will moderate an audience-driven Q&A session that seeks to keep our presenters on their toes while discussing designers' most challenging problems.

Estimated length: 1 hour, including Q & A.

Who should attend: This one-hour seminar with a short Q&A will be of great interest to embedded software development managers, architects, and developers who are in the military, defense and security industries.

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this session.
