Savings aside, the services provided by an RTOS make many computing problems easier to solve, particularly when multiple activities compete for a system's resources. Prior to QNX, Bill has held product management and marketing positions at IBM, Rational, Klocwork, and ObjecTime. Bill holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
