QNX Software Systems International Corporation (QSS) licenses QNX Momentics® Development Tools (Momentics Tools), QNX Neutrino® RTOS (Neutrino RTOS), and certain optional QNX Aviage™ middleware software (collectively, the QNX Development Suite) for the purpose of developing embedded systems.

Distribution of the runtime components of QNX Development Suite software embedded in an OEM or VAR product is governed by the terms of the standard QNX Runtime License Agreement or a custom QNX OEM License Agreement. Please review our current Runtime License Agreement. To be eligible for a QNX distribution license you must have at least one valid commercial license for the QNX Development Suite Software used to develop your target system, and a corresponding project license for any QNX Aviage™ middleware software that you plan to include.
