The Communications screen is a UI sample written with the Sencha Touch framework. The screen displays four controls—Email Messages, Text Messages, Address Book, and Dial Pad.
All four controls are functional when a Bluetooth device such as a smartphone is paired. Note that the device must have an SMS account. If the device doesn't have an SMS account, the controls in the Communications screen remain disabled after pairing.
Each of these controls accesses a Bluetooth service. For details on how to use the various communication services, see Using Bluetooth in this guide.
