About This Reference

The QNX 4 Utilities Reference describes the utilities and server processes included with the QNX 4 operating system. This reference is intended for all users -- from end-users to system administrators.

Driver for SiS 900 Ethernet cards.

Net.soho

Driver for Macronix MX98715 Ethernet network cards.

pccard

Server for PCMCIA/CardBus (PC Card).

pccard-launch

Automatically starts drivers when PC Cards are inserted.

pc-pin

Displays PC Card information.

Other changes:

vedit

The names of these configuration files no longer start with a period:

• veditrc
• vedit.cfg
• vedit.kbd
• vedit.key
