casin(), casinf(), casinl()

Compute the complex arc sine

Synopsis:

#include <complex.h>

double complex casin( double complex z );

float complex casinf( float complex z );

long double complex casinl( long double complex z );

Arguments:

z
The value that you want to get the complex arc sine of.

Library:

libm

Use the -l m option to qcc to link against this library.

Description:

These functions compute the complex arc sine of z, with branch cuts outside the interval [−1,+1] along the real axis.

Returns:

The complex arc sine of z, in the range of a strip unbounded along the imaginary axis and in the interval [−π/2; +π/2] along the real axis.

Errors and special cases are handled as if the operation were implemented as -i * casinh(i * z).
