The <Configuration>/<MD> element

The <Configuration>/<MD> element defines options used by the metadata library.

Table 1. Contents of the MD element:
Tag name Attribute Default Description
<LoadOnSync> value false Specifies whether to keep libraries that implement MMF parsers loaded only while a synchronization is in progress (and unload them as soon as no more operations are active). The default behavior is to load libraries at startup and not unload them until shutdown.
