Possible reasons include:

firmware is being updated
single scan
BIST is occurring

MTOUCH_TEST_RESULT_I2C_FAILURE

I2C communication with controller failed.

MTOUCH_TEST_RESULT_TIMEOUT

The controller did not respond in time.
