The Ecosystem block consists of a number of different components
that represents software or other frameworks that can be used
with the QNX Platform for ADAS to build your product.

In some cases, the components listed are integrated as part of a
reference applications or reference images for demonstrative purposes.
To get the product or component, you'll need to contact the partner.
Here's a description of the various components, though not limited by the
diagram of partners and external frameworks that we integrate with:
- AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform
AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) is a worldwide development
partnership of vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and companies from the
automotive electronics, semiconductor and software industry.
The QNX Neutrino RTOS and the QNX OS for Safety,
provide a POSIX interface for applications. This POSIX interface fulfills all requirements
specified in the “Requirements on Operating System Interface” document of the AUTOSAR
Adaptive Platform Release 17-10.
QNX has a number of partners that provide AUTOSAR
Adaptive Platform implementations that are compatible with the QNX operating systems.
- Vision algorithms
- Various vendors have algorithms that can be integrated with the QNX Platform for ADAS. The
ADAS library provides a plugin framework for you to integrate
algorithms and use them in your ADAS applications.
- MathWorks MATLAB Integration
- As part of the ecosystem, MATLAB can be used to generate code that works with the QNX Platform for ADAS. To get more information about MATLAB, you can contact Mathworks. In our documentation set, we provide an overview of how to integrate MATLABs with the QNX Platform for ADAS product.
- RTI DDS Connext Pro and RTI DDS Connext Micro
- RTI is a low-latency, highly reliable, scalable
connectivity framework. You can use this to communicate between
applications. You can use RTI DDS Connext Pro with applications for publish and subscribe applications.
RTI DDS Connext Pro is provided as part of the QNX Platform for ADAS for evaluation purposes. If you want to use
use RTI DDS Connext Pro in your product, you must contact RTI to get a license. Likewise, if you want to use RTI Connext DDS Micro, you must contact RTI for a license.
